OBJECTIVE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program provides provides students with resources needed to apply and succeed in introductory college credit-bearing courses or to enter and succeed in postsecondary workforce education programs to obtain a job that offers a living wage and the chance for career advancement.
A helpful Admissions Advisor will assist you with everything from career questions to financial aid and help you discover the perfect path for you.
Students are college and career ready when they have the knowledge, skills, and academic preparation needed to enroll and succeed in introductory college credit-bearing courses within an associate- or bachelor-level degree program without the need for remedial courses. Students need these same attributes and levels of achievement to enter and succeed in postsecondary workforce education programs or to obtain a job that offers a living wage and the chance for career advancement.
It is more important now than ever to plan ahead by selecting the right courses. There are specific requirements for obtaining a high school diploma and qualifying for admission to a college or university. The same applies to programs of study in high pay, high demand careers.
This carefully designed course ensure students are ready for college or ready for a job, certification, or technical school with the knowledge and skills required for career and or college readiness.
McDougle Technical Institute Preparatory (MTI Prep) provides flexible, online and blended learning solutions that propel student success. Our engaging curriculum and powerful online tools enable Florida students to be self-directed learners and prepare for future college and career success.
MTI Prep offers college preparatory courses that are supported by certified experienced teachers. Thru our course provider, our online courses are fully accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), a division of AdvancED and approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
Our staff has worked hard to be knowledgeable about NCAA rules and regulations. MTI Prep students enjoy the flexibility they need to complete courses according to their schedule. Students can accelerate or slow down their pace to accommodate training, travel and competitions.

MTI Prep prepares students for college and life. In addition, students get all the benefits of our online learning environment. Online learning at provides students with the flexibility to start courses at any time of year. Students complete course work at the time and place that fits with each individual’s training and travel.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
NCAA-approved courses to fulfill academic requirements. Review our list of online courses approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association for initial eligibility. With alternative options and the right support, students can successfully learn even the most rigorous class materials and reach their academic goals.
Qualifications of all classroom teachers
In accordance with Section 1002.421(1)(h), Florida Statutes, each teacher meets one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject (copy of diploma or completed transcript)
- Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience (written proof of contacting the previous employer)
- Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12th grade subjects (provide documentation such as certifications, professional
development, curriculum training, etc.). Pre-K experience and certifications would not meet this requirement.
SAT Preparation
OBJECTIVE
To provide students a more successful and less stressful preparation effort for key areas of the SAT exam.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
SAT Math, Writing and Language, and Reading Tutorials offer targeted instruction, practice, and review. Students engage with the content in an interactive, feedback-rich environment as they progress through SAT test aligned modules. Students practice skills essential to the test they’re preparing for and build the depth of knowledge, confidence, and higher order skills required to demonstrate mastery when put to the test.
SAT® Exam
SAT® Tutorials are built specifically for the Redesigned SAT (2016) with consideration of SAT’s test specifications to provide students a more successful and less stressful preparation effort for key areas of the SAT exam.
SAT Math, Writing and Language, and Reading Tutorials offer targeted instruction, practice, and review. Students engage with the content in an interactive, feedback-rich environment as they progress through SAT test aligned modules. Students practice skills essential to the test they’re preparing for and build the depth of knowledge, confidence, and higher order skills required to demonstrate mastery when put to the test.
In each module, the Learn It and Try It make complex ideas accessible to students through focused content, guided analysis, and practice with personalized feedback so students are empowered to increase their Exam Readiness. The Review It offers an engaging and high impact video summary of key concepts and important to grasp connections. The Test It assesses students’ mastery of the module’s concepts, providing granular performance data to students and teachers, linking a student’s performance to SAT content dimension descriptions. To help students focus on the content most relevant to them, unit-level pretests and posttests can quickly identify where students are ready for test day and where they still need to review and practice.
This Tutorial is aligned with Redesigned SAT test specifications for Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing tests.

Students engage with the content in an interactive, feedback-rich environment as they progress through ACT test aligned modules. Students will practice skills essential to the test they’re preparing for and build the depth of knowledge, confidence, and higher order skills required to demonstrate mastery when put to the test.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the General Education Development (GED) Prep program is to support students seeking an alternative credential with personalized instruction aligned to the exam to make sure they have the best chance of passing the test.

This program is based on the GED Test and current specifications and provides students a less stressful and more successful preparation as they work to achieve a GED passing score.
